I help my clients discover clues to success, step out of their
habitual ways of doing things, and learn new skills. We set
concrete, measurable goals, develop action plans, and
work out strategies for turning these new skills into habits.

I am a life coach who works with teens, college students, and young professionals with ADHD. I work with my clients on skills like planning, organizing, and time management–the executive functions–because mastering these skills makes it possible for them to truly take advantage of their strengths. Many of my clients are highly creative, socially gifted and capable of intense focus in areas that interest them. Mastering the executive functions is frequently the key to turning their dreams into goals and eventually making these goals a reality.

My work is based on a strengths-based, positive psychology background, and I employ a highly intuitive approach to help my clients develop motivational strategies and build success out of a sequence of small, manageable steps.
